Telegram, LINE y otras aplicaciones de la competencia fueron las que volvieron popular el uso de estas pegatinas.
De modo que cuando llegaron por fin a WhatsApp se incrustaron de manera un tanto apresurada y con una interfaz directa pero no tan organizada.
Conforme avanzó el tiempo y se acumularon decenas o cientos de stickers en nuestro menú se hizo obvio que urgía un cambio en ese apartado.
La buena noticia es que desde WABetaInfo se han dado a conocer las novedades de la nueva app en versión beta de WhatsApp para iOS.
En donde, por fin, se ha comenzado a integrar el desarrollo de un buscador de stickers. El cual funcionaría bajo más o menos la misma lógica que el buscador de imágenes GIF.
Cabe recalca que por el momento solo está disponible para un número selecto de usuarios beta activos en WhatsApp Business.
Por lo que es difícil decir calcular cuándo todos los demás mortales tendremos acceso a esta función, pero es de esperar que no esté demasiado lejos en el futuro.
Las pruebas beta a veces suelen tomar algunos meses, pero sería cuestión de mantener la paciencia.
